Aladdin Electric is the most experienced and versatile electrical contractor in Southern Michigan. We have a maintenance agreement with Consumers Energy for most of their properties in Southern Michigan. We have also worked in Ohio and Mexico on special machinery relocation projects.

Neuromuscular Center

The Neuromuscular Center for Excellence is a state of the art facility for treating patients with spine, brain, joint, and muscle conditions that sits across East Michigan Avenue from the main Allegiance Health hospital. Aladdin Electric joined forces with CSM Group, out of Kalamazoo to complete the “core” portion of the new structure. Aladdin supplied the electricians, materials, and subcontractors to make the skeleton of the building ready to be finished. We coordinated the installation of a massive stand-by generator from purchasing the correct unit, pouring of the concrete pad, the crane to put it in place, and finally the hook-up and powering up of the generator.

JCC Student Housing

Jackson Community College added student housing to their campus during the 2006/2007 academic year and Aladdin Electric partnered with Moore Trosper to bring Campus View I to life. It was a wonderful addition to the campus and soon more students wanted to live on-campus than there were rooms to rent!

During the 2008/2009 academic year, JCC decided to add Campus View II. This time Aladdin partnered with RW Mercer Company to make Campus View II a reality. The buildings feature three floors, with four bedrooms & attached baths that have a shared living room and kitchen. There is also a manager’s suite, study areas, large commons areas, and a beautiful view of the campus.

These buildings are a great addition to Jackson Community College. Aladdin Electric is pleased to have been involved with such an outstanding development.

Production Engineering

When Production Engineering ran out of manufacturing space at their Brooklyn Road location, they expanded into the abandoned Goodyear Tire & Rubber factory. The necessary upgrades and renovations to make it a usable facility were a great deal of work. It is, after all a 220,000 square foot building that had set vacant for over 20 years! The service needed to be changed and upgraded, new wiring ran throughout the building, and new bus duct & drops ran for all the machines. Aladdin Electric supplied electricians, scissor lifts, and the engineering of a new electrical system to make Production Engineering’s new manufacturing center the massive, state of the art space they desired.
